Luxury House Tour | A Hacienda in Costa Brava Spain
Base Interior have recently completed the interior architecture and project coordination of a newly built house, as well as the restoration of a Finca (farmhouse) and grounds on a plot of land which is within walking distance from the beautiful S’Agaro bay in the Costa Brava, Catalunya, Spain.
In total 15,000 sq.ft of living accommodation and extensive gardens, spa facilities and a swimming pool has been created for Base Interior’s repeat Clients who originate from Kazakhstan.
Previous projects for this Client include a 5000 sq.ft apartment in London, England and smaller projects in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The vision for this Costa Brava estate was inspired by the local architectural styles, Catalan craftsmanship and the Clients unique character and personality alongside a practical knowledge of how the home would be used and staffed. The property has been shot un-styled to give a greater sense of the level of finish and architectural detailing.
