The Scarsdale Console – as seen in World of Interiors magazine
A most talked-about and admired piece from the console collection, the Scarsdale has been featured in numerous publications as an icon of British design.
Suited to a range of interiors and architectural styles, the Scarsdale would make a wonderful addition to an entrance hallway or reception room, creating a striking first impression. It has been launched in three different sizes up to 3 metres for the grandest of rooms.
With its unique pedestal formed of two arcs surrounding a defiant central cylinder, the Scarsdale stuns with its sheer presence and aura. Inject a splash of gold with this singular design as DAVIDSON continues to bring you the best in British luxury living.
When it comes to styling, experiment with texture, colour, and pattern, to both anchor and accentuate. A vase of flowers positioned with a few design tomes will subtly integrate the Scarsdale into your interior.
The Scarsdale’s linear top is brought to life by the gorgeous geometric curves below. Show daring in your home with a table that conveys exuberance and class simultaneously.
DAVIDSON is committed to providing a bespoke service and all our tables are available in any of the luxury finishes from our range. Other options here include sycamore black, sycamore dusk, or sycamore stone, each bringing its own unique personality to the design.
At 1500mm wide, this is the smallest of the three sizes available, shown here in dark-tinted Macassar ebony and 23 carat gold leaf. The Macassar ebony has been hand-tinted to achieve a rich shade that looks stunning against the gold leaf, which has been skillfully applied by our team of expert gilders.
For those who prefer a silvered look, opt for white gold leaf. As standard, our workshop uses white gold leaf over silver leaf as we find it offers a smoother and improved finish in line with our promise to our clients to deliver impeccable quality.
The middle-size table we offer measures 2100mm wide and is photographed here in high-gloss sycamore dusk with an ebonised edging to accentuate its sculptural form, demonstrating our flexibility in adapting our designs to suit the client’s budget. When finished all in timber, the table has a lead time of 10 weeks compared to 12-14 weeks for those with gilding.
A magnificent example of British design suited to the highest-end projects, measuring an impressive 3000mm wide in beautiful complementing tones of high-gloss sycamore stone and white gold leaf.
In this larger size, this table would create huge aesthetic impact in a sparsely-furnished hallway, perhaps styled with symmetrical table lamps, ornaments of complementary geometric shapes, or a striking artwork hanging above.
If a larger size is required, please contact a member of our sales team to discuss your bespoke request.
